Plastics Restoration FAQ
Do you come to me?
Yes, we’re mobile-based so we’d clean clean your vehicle at your home, apartment, or work location. We service the Greater Raleigh area and surrounding areas like Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Chapel Hill, Durham and many more.
How long does this service take?
It depends on the size and condition, but it typically takes 45 to 90 minutes to complete. If the condition is severe, it’ll take longer.
Can you restore any Plastics?
Like many things, once the plastics get to a certain point, there is only so much we can do to restore them to a like-new condition. Your plastics can look better after we’re done, but there can also be permanent damage.
Why do my plastics get ugly?
Your exterior plastics, just like your skin, have a moisture on them. As the suns beats on it week after week, the moisture starts to deteriorate.
How do I keep my plastics looking good?
It can be a bit tricky. Typical waxes and sealants will only advance the white look on them. If you park your car in the shade most of the time, then they’ll simply last longer than if you park outside in the sun most of the time.
You can apply a water based dressing to your plastics every 3 to 5 weeks. This can take less than 15 minutes to do.
